Eligibility Terms & Conditions
- IPP, DEVELOPER & EPC FREE PASS
To be eligible for the IPP, Developer & EPC Free Pass, applicants must meet both of the following requirements:
Company Eligibility
The applicant must be employed by a solar or renewable energy developer, Independent Power Producer (IPP),
solar or energy storage EPC contractor, or system integrator.
Job Title Requirement
The applicant must hold one of the following positions: Business Development Manager, Project Director, Technical or
Engineering Manager, Procurement Manager, or Investment or Finance Manager.
- C&I FREE PASS
To be eligible for the C&I Free Pass, applicants must meet both of the following requirements:
Company Eligibility
The applicant must be employed by a commercial or industrial energy user, such as a commercial building, shopping mall,
industrial park, data center, manufacturing facility, or other energy-intensive business.
Job Title Requirement
The applicant must hold one of the following positions: Plant Manager, Energy Manager, Head of Facilities, Head of Building
Engineering, Sustainability Lead, Corporate Relations Lead, Operations Director, Chief Engineer, or General Manager.
- INVESTOR FREE PASS
To be eligible for the Investor Free Pass, applicants must meet both of the following requirements:
Company Eligibility
The applicant must be employed by a project finance bank, infrastructure fund, investment fund, financial institution, or another
organization actively involved in financing or investing in solar, energy storage, or renewable energy projects.
Job Title Requirement
The applicant must hold a manager-level or above position in investment, project finance, infrastructure finance, corporate finance,
or a related decision-making function, such as Manager, Senior Manager, Investment Director, Managing Director, or Vice
President
The organizer reserves the right to verify the applicant’s company status and job title, and to decline any applications that do not meet the above criteria.
Please note that Free Passes are limited. Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee approval, as all applications are subject to the organizer’s review and pass availability.
Please note that the final rights of interpretation belongs to the event organiser. Depend on your areas of industry, we are entitled to adjust or refuse your MINER's FREE PASS application.
