Rico Syah Alam is the Chief Executive Officer of PT Sumber Energi Surya Nusantara (SESNA), an Indonesian renewable energy developer specializing in utility-scale solar and hybrid power solutions for industrial and mining sectors. Under his leadership, SESNA is developing a 262 MWp solar PV project integrated with an 80 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Morowali. Through its renewable energy developments, SESNA helps industrial customers improve energy reliability, reduce fossil fuel dependency, and support practical decarbonization while strengthening their competitiveness in increasingly sustainability-conscious markets

Muchtazar is an award-winning sustainability professional with over a decade of experience leading ESG integration and community initiatives across the industrial, consumer goods, and resource sectors in Indonesia. 
 
He currently serves as Head of Sustainability at Nickel Industries Limited, one of the world’s largest nickel producers, and sits on the Board of Management of the Nickel Industries Foundation, the company’s dedicated vehicle for social impact and community development. With years of experience in the private sector, Muchtazar has led the implementation of ESG frameworks, sustainability disclosure, and stakeholder engagement across complex operations in Indonesia. His work bridges corporate responsibility, public reporting, and on-the-ground impact—delivering value for investors, customers, and local people alike.
 
In recognition of his contributions, Muchtazar was named an SDG Pioneer by the United Nations Global Compact in 2019, only the second Indonesian in history to receive this honour. He was later recognised as an ESG Champion by the Natural Resources Forum (2022) and included in the Under 40 Sustainability Stars at the 2023 ESG World Summit & GRIT Awards. He has also represented Indonesia at various international forums, including the UN General Assembly, UN Climate Conference (COP), the ASEAN–Australia Special Summit, and One Young World, where he consistently champions the role of emerging economies in global governance and responsible production.
 
Muchtazar’s academic foundation—a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and a Master of Environmental Science from the University of Indonesia—underpins his ability to bridge technical rigour with strategic vision. This background has empowered him to operate at the intersection of science, policy, and business, enabling practical ESG integration across sectors. 
 
Today, he continues to lead and influence ESG thinking not just as a compliance function, but as a strategic lever for building a more just, sustainable, and globally competitive future.

Eka Himawan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Xurya Daya Indonesia, a leading renewable energy company pioneering commercial and industrial solar adoption. Prior to Xurya, he co-founded Bilna (which merged to form Orami) and held positions at Barclays Capital, working with major energy and infrastructure clients including PLN, Pertamina, Cikarang Listrindo, and Star Energy, as well as Independence Capital Asset Partners, where he focused on the renewable energy sector.

Nadia Soraya is a Partner at HHP Law Firm and one of Indonesia's leading bprojects and energy lawyers. With more than 25 years of experience, she advises sponsors, developers, lenders, investors, state-owned enterprises, and multinational corporations on complex project development, project
financing, acquisitions, and infrastructure transactions. Her practice focuses on the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors, with particular strength in power and renewable energy projects.
Nadia has been involved in many of Indonesia's landmark infrastructure and energy projects, including PPP transportation assets, power generation projects, renewable energy developments, corporate PPA arrangements, battery energy storage and solar projects, cross-border power initiatives, and emerging sustainability and carbon-related investments. She regularly advises on regulatory compliance, project structuring, risk allocation, and bankability considerations that are critical to bringing projects from development through to financial close.

As the Chief Executive Officer of SUN Energy, Emmanuel Jefferson Kuesar drives strategies to accelerate renewable energy adoption in Indonesia. With over 12 years of cross-industry experience in strategy, operations, and business growth, he is known for a collaborative and detail-oriented leadership style and a passion for building impactful businesses. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Ryan Tey Tze Yang is a PV Analyst at Shanghai Metals Market based in Malaysia. He specialises in the solar energy value chain, with his research encompassing a wide range of module technology roadmaps, supply chain dynamics, and terminal application scenarios across a variety of regional markets. Ryan provides market intelligence to both upstream manufacturers and downstream developers regarding pricing strategies, procurement decisions, and market competitiveness. His work in the photovoltaic sector focuses on identifying critical trends in module efficiency and their impact on the terminal market. Prior to his current coverage, he has built a strong foundation in data analysis and industry observation, making him a regular contributor to SMM’s key industry reports.

Tengku Zulchairi P. is an experienced renewable energy executive with extensive expertise across the entire solar energy value chain. He currently serves as the Indonesia Sales Manager for LONGi Solar, spearheading utility-scale module deployment and commercial expansion. Having navigated the solar world from every angle since 2016, Mr. Zulchairi brings a comprehensive understanding of the market, with proven leadership across top-tier global manufacturers, project developers, and EPCs—including JA Solar, Jinko Solar, and PT Terregra Solar Power. He holds an engineering background from STT Telkom Bandung and is recognized for his mastery in high-stakes B2B negotiation and strategic networking.

Dr. Farid Wijaya is a renewable energy and decarbonization specialist whose work bridges technical research, policy support, teaching, and applied innovation. He is currently Manager of Sectoral Decarbonization Research at Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR), where he leads research and development of deep decarbonization strategies across multiple sectors and helps shape evidence-based policy advocacy. He earned his Ph.D. in Renewable Energy Engineering from the Korea Institute of Energy Research campus of the University of Science and Technology, South Korea, and his bachelor’s degree in Materials Science from Universitas Indonesia. In addition to his research, he is a lecturer in the Electrical Engineering – Postgraduate (Master's) Degree Program at Institut Teknologi PLN (ITPLN). Beyond his institutional roles, he actively reviews manuscripts for Q1–Q2 international journals and is a speaker, panelist, and mentor, reflecting a career that combines scholarship with public engagement.

Patrick Lim is Country Head of HyperStrong Indonesia, leading the company’s strategy and operations as it scales Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) deployment across the archipelago. He brings over 25 years of experience in renewable energy, telecommunication, AI, IOT and large-scale infrastructure, and is responsible for driving HyperStrong’s partnerships with PLN, ESDM, IPPs, and EPC contractors across utility-scale, off-grid, and commercial & industrial (C&I) segments. Serving as the Vice President of Decarbonization Business Development and Energy Management at PLN, Mr. Ricky Cahya Andrian is leading the charge in transforming industrial challenges into sustainable opportunities. He works for PLN over 20 years in the Planning and Operational Power System. Now he has been closely to Green Hydrogen Production, Storage, Distribution and utilization in Indonesia. He joined Indonesia Fuell Cell Energy (IFHE).
